Good to know
This upstairs two bedroom, two bath, apartment sleeps six and is perfect for a family stay. Stair access only. The fully equipped kitchen allows the chef to prepare everything from snacks to a gourmet meal. Pack-N-Play available upon request. An easy walk to the historic downtown Bryan shopping district with shops, restaurants and the iconic Queens Theater. Well-lit secure parking on the premises. For those traveling with others, check out The Hideaway and Aggie Dusting. These three make up the full second floor landing in the building allowing for easy access and privacy. There is a "quiet zone" plan in place set by the city of Bryan for the train nearby. Occasionally, trains passing through may be loud, along with passing cars. We offer white noise machines to mitigate the sound.

There is keypad entry into the apartment as well as a separate keypad to enter into the building itself. Your safety is our top priority.
